Weekly member updates, a detailed roadmap with estimate history, and decisions with their reasoning. Delays stay visible.

When a real prototype or closed beta exists, founders are invited with priority — for every app in the club, and every app's member benefit is yours.
Founder vs Access, plainly.
Founder seats come first and include the production seat. Access opens only after every founder slot sells AND a concrete app benefit exists.
- Membership is not equity, revenue share or an investment.
- AI credits and usage-based services are never included; they are priced separately.
- One app per grid is guaranteed; how many more ship is the team's call. Undecided benefit types read “to be announced”.
- Nobody with Access is ever called a founder.
